Return and Exchange Policy – Irtikaa Academy

At Irtikaa Academy, we are committed to providing the best educational experiences for our students. Therefore, we have a clear return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.
- Return Conditions
You can request a refund in the following cases: ✅ If the event or course is canceled by the academy. ✅ If you face a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content, and it is not resolved within 7 days of reporting. ✅ If you are not satisfied with the course or event, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the course start, provided that no more than 20% of its content has been completed.
⛔ Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases: ❌ If more than 20% of the training content has been completed. ❌ If the participant misses the event without prior notice. ❌ If the reason for the refund is unrelated to service quality or a legitimate issue.
- Exchange Conditions
If you are unable to attend the course or event, you can: 🔄 Exchange your registration for another event of the same value within 30 days from the original event date. 🔄 Transfer the registration to another person, provided we are informed at least 48 hours before the event.
